Starbucks Coffee Company

I’ve visited this location a few times and just now realizing I’ve never left a review. The staff here is always pleasant and friendly, which always surprises me but I truly appreciate it. One young woman working behind the counter was so nice and talked to my baby girl which put a smile both her and my face. My drinks have always come out correct. Love all of the non-dairy cold foam options. Plus, since I’m a mom now I love how convenient it is to order online and have my drink ready when I arrive so that I can just pick it up in the drive thru. I dined in a handful of times (before baby) to work on my laptop or just to chat with my husband. The WiFi is strong and the noise level is good. I also like that they have outdoor seating in addition to indoor seating.

Really poor service and very long wait. The sitting area is nice though and the coffee was decent.

Extremely disappointed with this drink. The cup was filled almost entirely with ice, and after just three sips the drink was gone. Customers expect a reasonable amount of the actual beverage, not mostly ice. Definitely not worth the price.

I can’t say enough great things about the Starbucks at Butler Plaza in Gainesville! Every visit is a fantastic experience, thanks to the incredible staff. Libby, Michael, and Alivia consistently go above and beyond to provide the best customer service. They genuinely care about their jobs, and it shows in how they treat every customer. From their warm smiles to their attentive service, I always feel welcomed and valued. They make my coffee runs a delight, and I appreciate how well they take care of me. There is no way I could make it thru my shifts without them! I truly look forward to seeing each and every one of the staff at this location every weekend. Thank you, Libby, Michael, and Alivia, for making every visit so special!

Been here twice already and both times was a great experience! This is one of the larger Starbucks I’ve been to in terms of seating area. Staff were friendly and coffee was excellent as always! My wife gets an iced white mochas and I always get the caramel macchiato. Keep it up guys!
